I thought essential value of Nagoya Castle is not its historic/cultural value but something that can be felt or sensed by anybody. As I interpreted it corresponds to a human being’s five senses, I intended to develop a plan that visitors can feel and sense charms and values of the castle with the whole body. With such intention, I designed this work, which introduces spots where you can feel and sense the charms and values of Nagoya Castle with visual, auditory, olfactory, tactile, and gustatory senses, and ways to enjoy it. This is a booklet compiled with information on places and things that you can enjoy with five senses, and how to enjoy them at Nagoya Castle.
